• Photos and videos taken at classes, events and competitions

How we use it

• To run classes, plan personalised training and share progress with parents
• To send class schedules, fee reminders and event updates
• To register students for competitions and issue certificates

Photos of students

We may share photos of students at events and award ceremonies on our website and social media. If you prefer your child's photos not be shared, tell us in writing and we will not publish them, and will remove existing ones on request.

Student portal

Students log in to an online practice portal run by a third-party learning platform. Only the information needed for practice and progress tracking is stored there.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with competition organisers (for registration) and service providers that help us run classes, or when required by law.

Keeping data safe

We keep records only as long as needed for teaching and legal purposes, and limit access to the academy's staff. Parents can ask to see, correct or delete their child's information at any time.
